he Nexcare ColdHot Classic 1570 is a durable, reusable gel pack that provides natural pain relief through thermotherapy or cryotherapy. Use COLD for acute injuries (sprains, bruises, swelling, headaches, toothache) or HOT for chronic pain (muscle tension, backache, period pain, stiff neck). The soft protective cover prevents direct skin contact, eliminates the need for towels, and can be washed for repeated hygienic use. Retains temperature for up to 20–30 minutes and is used in clinics, sports medicine, and homes worldwide.
