Welcome to Medon Pharmacy, operated by Medon Pharmacy L.L.C(“we”, “our”, or “us”), a licensed pharmacy based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website medononline.com and our mobile applications (iOS and Android) (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

By using our Platform, you confirm that you:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and place orders on the Platform
• Agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Must not use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorised use or violation of these Terms

• To place an order, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for updating your account information to keep it accurate and current
• You may not transfer your account to any other person or entity
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our sole discretion

• All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product we offer
• Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you promptly
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance

• Certain medicines require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare professional in the UAE
• When ordering prescription medicines, you are required to upload a clear, valid prescription at the time of order
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for prescription medicines where a valid prescription is not provided or cannot be verified
• Prescription medicines will only be dispensed in accordance with UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) regulations
• By uploading a prescription, you confirm that it is genuine, current, and issued by a licensed UAE healthcare professional

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using the available payment methods (credit card, debit card, or Cash on Delivery where available)
• All online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details
• For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full upon receipt of the order

• We deliver across all major locations in the UAE. Delivery availability may vary by location and product type
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Upon delivery, please inspect your order and report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items immediately to our customer support team
• Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details on delivery charges and timeframes

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible
• Returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy and Refund Policy, available on the Platform
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (including opened medicines, personal care products, and medical devices) cannot be returned once opened or used

• All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Medon Pharmacy L.L.C or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without our express written permission

• To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Medon Pharmacy L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or the products purchased through it
• Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal data.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
