Alceta Plus Tablets combine ibuprofen (a potent NSAID that reduces inflammation, pain, and fever by inhibiting COX enzymes) with paracetamol (a central analgesic/antipyretic that provides additional pain and fever relief). Indicated for short-term symptomatic treatment of moderate pain such as headache, migraine, dental pain, period pain (dysmenorrhoea), musculoskeletal pain, backache, and fever/cold/flu symptoms where inflammation is present. The combination offers synergistic effects for better pain control than either drug alone, with rapid onset (within 30 minutes) and duration of 6–8 hours. Suitable for adults and adolescents over 12 years seeking stronger relief than paracetamol alone.
