AmLo 5mg Tablets 30s (amLodipine 5mg) is a widely prescribed, long-acting calcium channel blocker that relaxes arterial blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and reduces the heart’s workload. It is used alone or with other antihypertensives for: Essential hypertension (first-line in many UAE guidelines) Chronic stable angina & vasospastic (Prinzmetal) angina Confirmed/suspected coronary artery disease (reduces cardiovascular events) Once-daily dosing provides smooth 24–36 hour coverage with minimal peak-trough fluctuation.
