Antinal 200 mg Capsules 24's contain nifuroxazide 200 mg, a nitrofuran derivative that acts locally in the intestinal lumen without systemic absorption. It exerts powerful bactericidal action against most Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogens (E. coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus, Klebsiella) commonly responsible for acute infectious diarrhea while preserving beneficial gut flora. The hard gelatin capsules are indicated for acute bacterial diarrhea, food poisoning, and traveller’s diarrhea. Safe for short-term use with minimal side effects.
