Aptamil PDF (Post-Discharge Formula) is a nutritionally complete, nutrient-enriched milk specially designed for premature or low-birth-weight infants once they leave hospital and are growing at home. It provides extra calories, protein, vitamins, and minerals to support catch-up growth and development without excessive volume intake. Enriched with long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (DHA/ARA) for brain and visual development and prebiotic oligosaccharides (GOS/FOS 90/10) to promote healthy gut flora. Only to be used under medical supervision when transitioning from preterm hospital formulas.
