Aptamil HA Stage 1 is a partially hydrolysed whey-based infant formula designed for infants with a family history of allergy (e.g., eczema, asthma, hayfever) when breastfeeding is not possible. The proteins are gently broken down (partially hydrolysed) to reduce allergenicity while remaining nutritionally complete. It includes Aptamil's patented GOS/FOS prebiotic blend for gut health and long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFAs) for brain and vision development. Clinically shown to reduce the risk of developing allergies in at-risk babies. Benefits • Reduces risk of cow’s milk allergy in infants with family history • Easier to digest than standard formulas due to partially hydrolysed whey • Supports healthy gut flora with GOS/FOS prebiotics • Contains DHA & ARA for brain and eye development • Well tolerated and promotes normal growth • Slightly bitter taste typical of HA formulas but usually well accepted How to Use • Wash hands and sterilise all equipment • Boil fresh water for 5 minutes, cool to 40–50°C • Pour required amount of cooled water into bottle first • Add exact number of level scoops (1 scoop = 4.5 g per 30 mL water) using provided scoop • Cap and shake well until powder dissolves • Check temperature on wrist before feeding • Standard dilution: 1 level scoop per 30 mL water • Use within 1 hour of preparation; discard leftovers • Store opened tin in cool, dry place and use within 4 weeks
