How to Use
- Fill the rinse bottle with lukewarm boiled or distilled water to the marked line.
- Empty one sachet into the bottle, close it and shake until fully dissolved.
- Lean over a sink, tilt your head and gently squeeze the solution into one nostril, letting it drain out of the other. Repeat on the other side.
- Follow the instructions on the pack.
