How to Use
- Fill the bottle with lukewarm boiled or distilled water to the marked line.
- Add one salt sachet, close the bottle and shake until dissolved.
- Lean over a sink and gently squeeze the solution into one nostril, letting it drain out of the other. Repeat on the other side.
- Clean and dry the bottle after each use.
