Atrovent 500 mcg/2 mL UDV is a sterile, preservative-free solution of ipratropium bromide for nebulization. It is a long-acting anticholinergic that blocks muscarinic receptors in the airways, causing sustained bronchodilation (up to 6–8 hours).
