Betaserc is the original brand of betahistine – a histamine analogue that improves inner-ear blood flow and reduces pressure in the labyrinth. It is the first-line treatment for Menière’s disease and vestibular vertigo (dizziness with or without nausea/vomiting, tinnitus, hearing loss).
