Bilaxten 20mg Tablets contain bilastine, a highly selective H1-receptor antagonist with no affinity for other receptors, providing effective relief from symptoms of seasonal/perennial allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/itchy nose, watery eyes) and chronic urticaria (hives, itching). It has a rapid onset of action (within 1 hour) and lasts 24 hours without causing drowsiness in the vast majority of users.
