Brimo Ophthalmic Eye Drops contain Brimonidine Tartrate 0.2%, a selective alpha-2 adrenergic agonist used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It works by decreasing aqueous humor production, helping to prevent optic nerve damage and vision loss.

This prescription-only medication is suitable for adults and children over 2 years under medical supervision. It may be used alone or in combination with other IOP-lowering agents.
