Candivast 50mg Capsules contain Fluconazole, a triazole antifungal agent used to treat various fungal infections caused by yeast and other fungi. It works by inhibiting the growth of fungal cell membranes. This pack of 7 capsules is commonly prescribed for conditions such as oropharyngeal candidiasis (thrush), where the typical dose is 50mg once daily for 7-14 days. It is effective against infections in the mouth, throat, genital organs, urinary tract, skin, nails, and more severe internal infections. The capsules are size 4 hard gelatin with white opaque body and dark blue opaque cap, printed with "FC 50" on the body and "G" on the cap, containing white to off-white powder. Swallow whole with water, independent of meals.
