Clovacaine Solution contains lidocaine HCl (a rapid-onset amide local anaesthetic) combined with adrenaline (epinephrine) as a vasoconstrictor to prolong anaesthetic effect and minimise systemic absorption/blood loss. Indicated for infiltration anaesthesia and nerve blocks in dental procedures such as extractions, fillings, root canals, and minor oral surgery. The 1:80,000 adrenaline concentration provides excellent haemostasis and extended duration (up to 2–3 hours pulp anaesthesia, 3–5 hours soft tissue). Clear, sterile solution suitable for cartridge systems or direct syringe use in compatible dental setups.
