Combicol Tablets combine two complementary anti-gas ingredients in one dual-coated tablet: simethicone 80 mg and activated charcoal 250 mg. Simethicone is an antifoaming agent that lowers the surface tension of gas bubbles trapped in the digestive tract so they merge and pass more easily, while activated charcoal has a porous structure that adsorbs gas within the gut. Together they target the discomfort, pressure and distension caused by excess intestinal gas after meals. Each pack contains 20 tablets in 2 strips of 10.
