Concor COR 2.5mg Tablets 30s (bisoprolol) is a highly selective beta-1 adrenergic blocker that reduces heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure while improving heart efficiency. The 2.5mg “COR” strength is specifically used for: Starting treatment in hypertension or angina (gentle introduction) Add-on therapy in stable chronic heart failure (NYHA class II–III) with ACE inhibitor + diuretic Patients sensitive to higher doses or elderly Once-daily dosing provides smooth 24-hour control with minimal side effects.
