Coveram 10/10mg Tablets combine perindopril (ACEI) to reduce angiotensin II and amLodipine (CCB) to relax arterial smooth muscle. Indicated when monotherapy fails in moderate to severe hypertension. Lowers systolic/diastolic BP by 25-35 mmHg. Steady-state in 7 days. Avoid in pregnancy, renal artery stenosis or severe liver impairment.
