Derma Care Salicylic Soap 100g is a rich-lathering cleansing bar containing 2% salicylic acid (beta hydroxy acid) in a mild, fragrance-free base. The oil-soluble BHA penetrates deep into pores to dissolve sebum plugs, remove blackheads/whiteheads, smooth rough “chicken skin” bumps, and reduce scaling in psoriasis/seborrheic dermatitis. Perfect for acne-prone, oily, or congested skin on face, chest, back, arms, and legs. Benefits: • Clears acne and prevents new breakouts • Smooths keratosis pilaris (rough bumps on arms/thighs) • Reduces flaking and redness in psoriasis and dandruff-prone scalps • Controls excess oil without over-drying • Can be used as a daily facial cleanser or body wash How to use: • Test on small area of skin before use • Face: use once daily (evening) at first; work into lather, leave 30–60 seconds, rinse thoroughly • Body: use daily in shower; leave on affected areas 1–2 minutes before rinsing • For best results follow with lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturiser and sunscreen (salicylic acid increases sun sensitivity)
