Dibase 25,000 IU / 2.5 mL Solution is a high-potency vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) preparation in a clear, colourless to slightly yellowish oily solution. Indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency in adults and children, especially in high-risk groups (malabsorption, limited sun exposure, obesity, elderly). Also used in osteoporosis, hypoparathyroidism, and as adjunct in certain bone disorders. The high-dose format allows flexible weekly or monthly administration under medical supervision.
