Diclo 75 ID Tablets utilize patented ID® (Immediate & Delayed) release technology: 25 mg diclofenac for fast absorption within 30 minutes and 50 mg in enteric-coated pellets for sustained release over 12–24 hours. This once- or twice-daily dosing effectively manages rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, postoperative pain, and dysmenorrhea. Superior to standard diclofenac for prolonged control with reduced peak-trough fluctuations and gastrointestinal irritation.
