Diclofast 50 mg Tablets contain diclofenac potassium, a potent NSAID that inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes to reduce prostaglandin synthesis. It provides faster onset of action (within 15–30 minutes) compared to diclofenac sodium, making it ideal for acute musculoskeletal pain, dental pain, postoperative pain, dysmenorrhea, and migraine attacks.
