Diprosone Cream 30 g is a strong topical corticosteroid containing betamethasone dipropionate, which reduces redness, swelling, and itchiness by inhibiting inflammatory responses in the skin. It treats corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, including eczema (atopic, infantile, nummular), various types of dermatitis (contact, neurodermatitis), lichen planus, intertrigo, and psoriasis, particularly on the scalp, hands, and feet. The cream base is water-miscible, making it suitable for moist or weeping lesions. It is not for use on the face, groin, or underarms unless directed by a doctor, and should not be used for acne, rosacea, or viral/fungal skin infections.
