Dompy 1mg/mL Oral Suspension 200mL is a prokinetic anti-emetic medication containing Domperidone, which accelerates gastric emptying and enhances intestinal motility by blocking peripheral dopamine receptors. This facilitates faster movement of food through the stomach and intestines, alleviating symptoms of delayed gastric emptying associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), dyspepsia, bloating and reflux. The liquid formulation ensures easy administration for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets, with excipients like sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, preservatives and sweeteners for stability and palatability.
