Dora 0.5mg/mL Syrup 150mL is a clear, fruit-flavored oral solution containing Desloratadine, a long-acting, non-sedating antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors to alleviate allergy symptoms without causing drowsiness. It provides 24-hour relief from nasal and non-nasal symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, runny nose, itching, congestion, watery eyes and palate irritation. Also effective for chronic idiopathic urticaria by reducing pruritus, hive number and size. The low-concentration syrup is designed for pediatric and adult use, with rapid onset and minimal central nervous system penetration. Manufactured by Julphar (Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries) to pharmaceutical standards, it's free from common sedatives and suitable for daily management of allergies in UAE and regional markets.
