Product Description
Finallerg 10mg 20 Tablets is an antihistamine medication containing fexofenadine hydrochloride 10mg, a non-sedating, selective H1-receptor antagonist. It blocks histamine release to relieve allergy symptoms without crossing the blood-brain barrier, minimizing drowsiness compared to first-generation antihistamines. It is commonly used for: Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) – sneezing, runny/itchy nose, watery/itchy eyes Chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) – itchy, raised welts on skin Other histamine-mediated allergic reactions The 10mg strength is a lower dose often used for milder symptoms or maintenance, with once- or twice-daily dosing depending on prescription. The tablets are film-coated for easier swallowing and the 20-tablet pack is ideal for longer-term symptom relief or extended allergy seasons. Fexofenadine is well-tolerated, with low risk of sedation or anticholinergic side effects. Benefits: • Fast, non-drowsy relief from allergy symptoms • Effective for both nasal and skin allergy manifestations • Minimal impact on alertness – safe for driving or work • Once- or twice-daily dosing – convenient compliance • Well-tolerated with fewer side effects than older antihistamines How to Use: • Adults & children over 12 years: Usually 10mg once or twice daily or as advised by a healthcare professional • Swallow whole with water – can be taken with or without food • Do not exceed the prescribed dosage • For seasonal allergies: Start before peak season or at symptom onset • Complete the course as directed even if symptoms improve • Do not take with fruit juices (especially grapefruit, orange, apple) as they reduce absorption • Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, nursing, under 12 years, have kidney issues, or taking other medicines
