Fito Cream is a potent topical cream combining miconazole nitrate (broad-spectrum antifungal effective against dermatophytes and Candida), gentamicin sulphate (aminoglycoside antibiotic for Gram-negative and some Gram-positive bacteria), and hydrocortisone (mild corticosteroid for inflammation relief). Indicated for short-term treatment of mixed fungal and bacterial skin infections with inflammation, such as infected tinea (ringworm, athlete's foot), candidiasis, infected eczema, and intertrigo.
