Foster 100/6 mcg Inhalation is a pressurised metered-dose inhaler (pMDI) delivering budesonide (an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation) and formoterol (a rapid- and long-acting bronchodilator). Indicated for regular treatment of asthma in adults/adolescents ≥12 years where ICS/LABA combination is appropriate, and for symptomatic treatment of severe COPD. Provides rapid onset (within 1–3 minutes from formoterol) and 12-hour duration, improving lung function, reducing exacerbations, and controlling symptoms better than monotherapy.
