How to apply the sensor

1. Wash, prep, dry: choose a site on the back of the upper arm that stays flat. Clean the skin with non-moisturising, fragrance-free soap and water, wipe with an alcohol swab and let it air-dry
2. Open and prepare the applicator: peel the lid from the sensor pack and unscrew the applicator cap. Line up the marks on the applicator and pack, press the applicator down firmly until it stops, then lift it out of the pack
3. Apply: place the applicator over the prepared site, press firmly and listen for the click, then pull back slowly after a few seconds
4. Start the sensor in the FreeStyle LibreLink app. After the warm-up period the sensor sends readings automatically for up to 15 days, then replace it with a new sensor

Compatibility

• Works with the FreeStyle LibreLink app on compatible iPhone and Android smartphones (check the app's device list before purchase)
• Also compatible with the FreeStyle Libre 2 reader. Note: if the sensor is started with the reader you will not receive real-time readings in the app and will need to scan the sensor to get a reading
