Product Description
Fucidin Ointment 15g is a prescription-strength, non-greasy antibiotic ointment containing fusidic acid 2%, a narrow-spectrum antibiotic that penetrates skin excellently to treat impetigo (school sores), folliculitis, infected eczema, boils, infected wounds, and other localized staphylococcal or streptococcal infections. The smooth, paraffin-based ointment keeps the area moist, promotes healing, and prevents the infection from spreading. Apply 3–4 times daily (or twice daily with occlusive dressing) for 7–14 days. Resistance is rare when used correctly. Safe for face (avoid eyes), flexures, and prolonged use if needed. Manufactured by LEO Pharma; store below 25°C.
