Gamavate Cream 25g contains clobetasol propionate 0.05%, a super-potent topical steroid that inhibits inflammatory mediators to control severe, resistant dermatoses. It is indicated for short-term management of psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque), recalcitrant eczemas, lichen planus, discoid lupus and other steroid-responsive conditions. Onset within hours; maximum 2 weeks continuous use to prevent adrenal suppression or skin atrophy. Not for facial, genital or infected skin unless combined with antimicrobial.
