Gaviscon Double Action Liquid Suspension 300mL is the original and most popular liquid format of Gaviscon in the UAE. It works in TWO ways: Neutralises excess stomach acid instantly Forms a thick protective alginate raft on top of stomach contents to physically block acid reflux The raft starts forming within 3–4 minutes and lasts up to 4 hours, providing superior relief from heartburn, acid regurgitation, sour taste, and that burning sensation in the chest/throat – especially after heavy, spicy, fried, or late-night meals. Pleasant peppermint flavour, sugar-free, gluten-free, and shakes easily. The 300mL bottle is perfect for households or frequent users. Manufactured by Reckitt Benckiser; store below 30°C (shake well before use).
