Glozal 5mg Tablets 30s (desloratadine) is a fast-acting, non-sedating antihistamine that delivers 24-hour relief from symptoms of seasonal/perennial allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/itchy nose, itchy palate, red/itchy/watery eyes) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives, intense itching). It is the active metabolite of loratadine with higher potency and no food/juice interactions. Onset within 1 hour, peak effect 3–4 hours. Minimal brain penetration ensures negligible drowsiness (similar to placebo in studies). Widely available as pharmacy medicine in the UAE.
