K-Flam 50mg Tablets contain Diclofenac Potassium, a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) known for its fast-acting pain relief due to the potassium salt form. This pack of 20 tablets is indicated for the short-term relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, low back pain, and post-traumatic or post-operative swelling. It is also effective for relieving muscle pain, dental pain, menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea), migraine headaches, and pain in the ear or throat. Diclofenac Potassium works by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain, fever and inflammation. The rapid absorption provides quicker onset of action compared to diclofenac sodium formulations.
