Kenazole Shampoo 100mL contains ketoconazole 2% w/v, a potent imidazole antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis in fungal cell membranes, rapidly killing Malassezia (Pityrosporum) yeast responsible for dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis. The rich-lathering pink shampoo also has anti-inflammatory properties that relieve itching and redness. Used twice weekly for treatment and once weekly for maintenance, it provides long-term control of flaking, scaling, and irritation. Gentle enough for regular use on coloured or treated hair.
