Loflam 100 mg Tablets 20's contain aceclofenac 100 mg – a phenylacetic acid derivative NSAID with superior anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It selectively inhibits COX-2, giving strong pain relief and swelling reduction similar to diclofenac but with better gastric tolerance for most patients. Indicated for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, low back pain, dental pain, dysmenorrhoea, and soft-tissue injuries.
