Lorine FM tablets contain loratadine, a long-acting second-generation antihistamine that effectively blocks histamine H1 receptors to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/itchy nose, watery eyes) and chronic urticaria (hives and itching).
