Medacomb Cream is a multi-action dermatological cream that combines broad-spectrum antibiotics (gramicidin + neomycin), an antifungal (nystatin), and a medium-potency corticosteroid (triamcinolone acetonide). Indicated for inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial and/or fungal infections, such as infected eczema, seborrhoeic dermatitis, intertrigo, and cutaneous candidiasis. The corticosteroid reduces redness, swelling, and itching while the antimicrobials treat secondary infections.
