Moxal Plus Suspension 180mL (457 mg/5 mL) contains amoxicillin trihydrate 400 mg + potassium clavulanate 57 mg per 5 mL (7:1 ratio). Clavulanic acid irreversibly blocks β-lactamase enzymes, restoring amoxicillin’s activity against resistant strains (Staph, H. influenzae, Moraxella, E. coli, Klebsiella). Indicated for otitis media, sinusitis, pneumonia, skin/soft tissue infections, bite wounds, and dental infections. Pleasant strawberry flavour, sugar-free, with measuring syringe for accurate paediatric dosing.
