Mucopain 10% Gel contains benzocaine, a potent ester-type local anaesthetic that temporarily numbs painful areas in the mouth by blocking nerve signals. The mucoadhesive base allows the gel to adhere to the oral mucosa for prolonged contact and targeted relief. Commonly used for aphthous ulcers (canker sores), oral mucositis, minor oral injuries, teething pain, or pain from dentures/braces. Onset of action within 1 minute, lasting 15–30 minutes.
