Newgel Plus E is an advanced topical silicone gel enriched with vitamin E and aloe vera for enhanced scar treatment. The medical-grade silicone forms a flexible, breathable barrier that hydrates the scar tissue, regulates collagen production, and protects from external irritants. Vitamin E provides antioxidant protection to soften and fade scars, while aloe vera soothes irritation and promotes healing. Clinically proven for hypertrophic scars, keloids (from surgery, burns, acne, or injury), and stretch marks. The clear, odourless gel dries quickly to a silky, invisible finish and can be used under makeup or sunscreen. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and paediatric (from 6 months).
