Nexium 10 mg Sachets contain esomeprazole, the S-isomer of omeprazole, in delayed-release granules for oral suspension. Indicated for maintenance treatment of healed erosive reflux oesophagitis, symptomatic GERD without oesophagitis, and long-term NSAID-associated ulcer prevention. The low 10 mg dose is also commonly used in paediatric patients (1–11 years) for GERD or as part of H. pylori eradication regimens. The sachet format allows flexible administration – mixed with water for easy swallowing in children or those with difficulty taking tablets. Provides effective 24-hour acid suppression with once-daily dosing.
