Optidex-T Ophthalmic Suspension 5mL combines tobramycin 3 mg/mL (broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic) and dexamethasone 1 mg/mL (potent corticosteroid) in a sterile suspension. It is indicated for steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions where bacterial infection or risk exists, including post-cataract surgery, blepharitis, conjunctivitis, and keratitis caused by susceptible organisms. The shake-well suspension provides powerful anti-inflammatory and bactericidal action directly in the eye with minimal systemic absorption.
