Otozambon Ear Drops 25mL is a combination topical otic solution containing polymyxin B sulfate 10,000 IU/mL (broad-spectrum antibiotic against Gram-negative bacteria), neomycin sulfate 3.75 mg/mL (aminoglycoside antibiotic effective against Gram-positive and some Gram-negative organisms), and lidocaine hydrochloride 40 mg/mL (local anesthetic for rapid pain relief). It is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections of the external auditory canal, acute and chronic otitis externa, suppurative complications post-ear surgery (e.g., mastoidectomy, tympanoplasty), and otitis media with perforation. The clear solution provides synergistic antibacterial action and immediate analgesia without corticosteroids.
