Otrivin Adult Complete Nasal Spray combines a powerful vasoconstrictor (xylometazoline) that shrinks swollen nasal mucosa within minutes with ipratropium bromide that reduces excessive nasal secretions. This unique combination provides complete relief from both stuffy nose and watery rhinorrhea caused by common cold, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis. Onset within 5–10 minutes and lasts up to 8–10 hours. The preservative-free formula with moisturizing sorbitol is gentle on nasal mucosa and suitable for adults who suffer from both congestion and dripping.
