Otrivin 1% Adult Nasal Drops 10mL is a powerful topical decongestant that quickly shrinks swollen nasal passages caused by colds, allergies, sinusitis, or hay fever. Xylometazoline acts within 2–5 minutes by constricting blood vessels in the nasal mucosa, reducing swelling and mucus production for easier breathing. The drop format allows accurate application even when lying down or for hard-to-reach areas. Clear, preservative-free solution. Not for children under 12 years. Manufactured by GSK; store below 25°C.
