Panadol Extra adds caffeine 65 mg to paracetamol 500 mg for extra effective relief of tough pain such as headaches. Panadol Advance is paracetamol only, with OPTIZORB® technology for fast absorption.
Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 caplets up to 4 times a day, at least 4 hours apart. Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.
Each caplet already contains 65 mg of caffeine, so avoid excessive caffeine from coffee, tea, cola or energy drinks while taking it.
Not for children under 12 years. Ask our pharmacists about Children's Panadol.
Do not use for more than 7 days without asking a doctor. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice.
