Pantoloc 40 mg Tablets contain pantoprazole, a highly effective substituted benzimidazole PPI that irreversibly blocks the final step of gastric acid secretion. Indicated for erosive oesophagitis, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) healing and maintenance, duodenal and gastric ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and H. pylori eradication (in triple/quadruple therapy). Provides powerful 24-hour acid control with once-daily dosing and superior healing rates even in severe or refractory cases.
