Predo 15 mg/5 mL Syrup contains prednisolone (as sodium phosphate), a synthetic corticosteroid used for rapid control of severe inflammation and allergic conditions when oral tablets are unsuitable. Commonly prescribed for acute asthma exacerbations, croup, severe allergic reactions, nephrotic syndrome, rheumatic diseases, and many autoimmune/inflammatory disorders. Provides fast onset (within hours) and once-daily or alternate-day dosing is often possible due to its intermediate duration of action.
