Prime Benzyl Benzoate Solution is a long-established, effective treatment for scabies (Sarcoptes scabiei) and body/head lice. The active ingredient paralyses and kills mites and lice on contact while being poorly absorbed through the skin. The classic “paint-on” application is widely used in tropical and institutional settings due to its proven efficacy and low resistance profile.
